Broccoli Seeds - Microgreens 80g

Broccoli microgreens are the most nutritious of all the greens containing high amounts of vitamins A, C and E, iron, calcium and fibre, and having up to 10 times more sulforaphane than fully grown broccoli!  Broccoli microgreens are absolutely delicious and can be added to almost any meal.

Broccoli microgreens are easy to grow. Simply spread seeds evenly over your preferred grow media and keep them moist!

These broccoli seeds can also be grown to full maturity. 

Seed weight: Approx. 1000 seeds to 2.8 grams.

A 100mm pot generally needs a coverage of about 1g of seed.
