Shipping policy

 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
  • You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order status using the tracking number provided.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you realize you’ve made an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mattshroom.com.au and we will do our best to make adjustments before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • We take great care to pack your items securely, but in the event of lost or damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
  • For lost or damaged items, we may require you to submit a claim to the carrier or provide photographic evidence for us to proceed with a replacement or refund.

  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or public holidays.
